
Let’s face it. There are racist costumes and there are racist costumes. I’ll even go as far as to let it slide if a white guy wears brown face paint and dreadlocks to dress up as a Rastafarian.
Hell on occasion I think it’s reasonably justifiable to go the extra mile like our man Mike pointed out with Teddy Ballgame.
However, wearing a gorilla costume when you’re dressing up as your favorite black basketball player? I’m gonna have to draw the line on this one.
Credit for the Oak Hill Academy and the enthusiasm but a major fail on the racist side of that coin. Clean it up sir.

It isn’t the costume – it’s because a white guy was wearing it – that has you racist watchers up in arms. If a black guy was wearing the costume, nothing would be reported. These kinds of articles in the media since we have a black president in the White House have increased tremendously. If anyone is constantly dividning people on race, it’s people like you nattyb.
