I just got through reading Peter King’s “Monday Morning Quarterback” where he covered five interesting midseason storylines for the NFL.  And while these are interesting, I think there are more pressing issues that need to be addressed.

And here they are….

1.   Countdown to T.O. Posing in Playgirl

Is it me or have things been awfully quiet on the Terrell Owens front?  We haven’t heard too many QB complaints.   Nothing in the line of drug overdoses.  The man just isn’t getting too many Buffalo reporters on his driveway.  A Playgirl appearance and admission of being gay will stir things up for a few weeks.  Expect something out of T.O.

2. Does Drew Brees or his mole get the MVP?

Face it.  Having a mark like that on your face makes you work harder.  I don’t care what you say.  And if Brees has something to thank at the end of the season it’s gotta be the mole.  Anyone who can deal with that thing on their face can surely deal with an NFL defense.  “I just had to work that much harder so the kids at school wouldn’t razz me.  I give all credit to this little guy.”

3.  Brett Favre’s Steroid Admission

Oh my bad, that one comes out in 2020.

4.  What Tweet lands Chad Ochocinco in Jail?

You know at some point Ochocinco is going to slip up and try and meet some 13-year-old girl in a park and wind up on that show To Catch a Predator.

5.   How Much more Constipated will Tom Coughlin look as the Giants keep losing?

Not only is it getting really hard to watch the Giants, but seeing Coughlin’s stink eye is starting to catch up with me (and probably the team)
