Folks, let’s give it up for Ray Allen as he accomplished something only 31 players did before him.
Boston guard Ray Allen became the 32nd player in NBA history to score 20,000 points when he hit a three-pointer late in the third quarter of the Celtics 104-102 win over Washington.
Allen came into the game needing 14 points for 20,000 and he finished with 18 for the Celtics who won their ninth consecutive game.
Allen is about as smooth and quick a shooter as they come. Plus he always has that weird smirk on his face. Kind of like a curl of the lip where he looks mean.
I was kind of hoping he’d be one of the guys whose hair remained on his head for a bit longer but whatever, Ray is the man. Congrats on the achievement and to honor Mr. Allen I’ve found 5 videos that you will all enjoy.
