Every season fantasy basketball managers are riddled with at least one or two players that just piss them off.  Why?  Because they have the ability to put up monster stats, and do once in a while, but man do they put up some clunkers too.

And it’s so damned annoying to own these players on your roster.

Here are my picks for the 5 most annoying fantasy basketball teases out there

Andre Kirilenko

If last’s night’s line doesn’t annoy you then it most certainly should.  12 points, 6 boards, 4 assists, 4 steals, 3 blocks and a three.  Why the hell can’t he do this more often?  Dammit.  The next night he’ll give me 9 points, 3 boards, and 1 assist.  I mean we should all know better with Kirilenko but that doesn’t mean it’s not completely annoying.

Samuel Dalembert

The guy had 20 and 20 the other night.  Yes, 20 and 20.  Plus a few nights before that, 7 blocks.  I mean come on Sam!  Tomorrow he’ll put up 3 points, 7 boards and have nothing else.  I can’t take this guy.

Elton Brand

It was a risk picking this guy.  All of us know that.  And granted he’s been more consistent lately but let’s face it.  Every time he scores like 18, grabs 9 boards and gets three blocks aren’t you thinking “he’ll do this every night?”  But nope.  It ain’t gonna happen.

Mehmet Okur

A center that shoots three’s should be any fantasy manager’s dream.  But Okur?  He just flat out sucks this year.  Once in a while he’ll give you a quality game but let’s face it, he’s VERY frustrating to own.

Manu Ginobili

It’s not just this season.  It’s every season.  He’s so frustrating to own because monster lines do occur but you know the inevitable injury is gonna happen.   Even when he’s not injured he puts up stinkers and you wonder why the hell why?
