What the hell is this? Just from looking at the picture, it looks like this vet lost a lot more than his eye. It’s not just his eyeball that’s been replaced, but the entire fleshy area around the eye and maybe part of his orbital, too. Pretty gnarly.
Nobody can question his team allegiance, and I guess he’s lucky he’s a Dodger fan – the blue from the logo actually looks halfway decent. If he were a Pirates fan, he’d be shit out of luck. I mean, he ‘d look like a total freak with a black and gold eye. Blue Dodger eye, though? Classy.
Anyway, the first thing I thought of when I saw this was, “Tommy Lasorda uses Twitter?”
