incog

This is just too perfect.

When The Sporting News conducted a midseason poll in 2009, questioning 99 players throughout the NFL to provide some snazzy superlatives, new Dolphins guard Richie Incognito was tagged with a title that has followed him for months.

Dirtiest Player in the NFL.

In all, he committed 11 personal fouls in four seasons with the Rams. The league got so fed up with his excessiveness, they hit him with a $50,000 fine after he committed two personal fouls in one game — and also got into an argument with his head coach.

Does anyone else find it amazingly ironic that the guy named Incognito was named by his peers as the dirtiest player in the league?
