There have been a ton of sports commercials in our day. I thought this would be easy, but there are so many. Although it’s tough to pick 5, we’ll give it a shot. The funny thing is; the guys who try to be liked and funny aren’t even close to sniffing this list. (i.e. Shaq, Ochocinco) I love the old school stuff, but there is also some great new stuff. Kiss of Death isn’t it? Not this year amigos. I have a totally unrelated question. I read an article about the most popular back to school item purchases in the United States of America. One of the top ones was #2 pencils. Our whole lives we’ve taken tests with #2 pencils. Do #3 or #1 pencils even exist?? I don’t think I’ve ever seen one. If you were a company that specializes in #3 pencils don’t you think you’d be out of business or just switch to #2? Ok, sorry just had to get that off my chest.

The Maui Invitational – Connecticut, Michigan State, and Oklahoma headline the annual tourney in Maui. Michigan State is a favorite to return to the Final Four. Oklahoma and Connecticut could win some games. Player to watch: Kemba Walker(UCONN)
Legends Classic – Syracuse, somewhat rebuilding, but reloaded, UTEP, and Georgia Tech will be the host schools for the 2010 Legends Classic. ‘Cuse should be amongst College Basketball Elite despite losing Wes Johnson, Arinze Onuaku, and Andy Rautins. Player to watch: Randy Culpepper(UTEP), Kris Joseph (Syracuse)
CBE Classic – Duke, Marquette, Kansas State, Gonzaga are all featured in the Quarterfinals, with upstart San Diego State in the regionals. Duke vs. Kansas State final would be worth your watch. Player to watch: Jacob Pullen (Kansas St.), Kyle Singler (Duke), Jimmy Butler (Marquette)
2K Sports Classic – Pittsburgh, Maryland, Illinios, and Texas head the 2K Sports Classic. Pittsburgh and Texas are both forces to be reckoned with. Player to watch: Ashton Gibbs (Pitt), Demetri McCamey (Illinois), Cory Joseph (Texas)
Jennifer Nicole Lee is an actress, model, and author. She lost 70 lbs.. repeat 70, became a fitness guru, and now she is all over the place looking sexy. She once weighed two bills, lost the weight and became Miss Bikini America. That’s quite an achievement. She’s got the Fitness Book market on lockdown. For those of you interested in the books and stuff… for those of you who just want to look, like me, hit the jump… A true success story.

Someone just answer this question for me… It’s the steroid era. A-Rod took PED’s. Were offensive players the only ones allowed to take PED’s? Pitchers took them too right? So how does that take away from his accomplishments. If steroids make him better, don’t they make pitchers better? So it kind of cancels itself out right? Not defending the guy at all, but I don’t think it’s fair his PED usage is amplified because he’s good.

Anyone familiar with the Von Erich family? If you’re under the age of 30 then there’s a good chance that you have no idea what I’m talking about. But for those of you who are old school WWF fans then this should appeal to you.
There are actually 11 Von Erich and every single one of them was/is involved in wrestling. However, the one we’re focusing on today is sexy daughter Lacey Von Erich. She’s definitely someone I’d get down on the mat with.
