It’s no secret that the Chargers Girls have long since been one of my favorite cheering squads of the NFL. It’s just a different class of female. Maybe it’s because the city of San Diego is so laid back. Perhaps these girls have nothing to be but happy and look good all the time.
Whatever it is, it’s a true pleasure to watch these women work. So rather than deny you people the right to see these ladies shake it, we’re gonna be displaying as much pre season tail as we possibly can.

The latest story to develop involves ex-Colts Head Coach Tony Dungy and his, lets just say, lack of approval for Sexy Rex’s behavior. Dungy’s thoughts…

Dungy has even gone as far as asking Commissioner Roger Goodell to speak with Ryan about the image he is presenting on HBO’s “Hard Knocks”. I think Roger has a bigger fish to fry with his league of criminals and wife beaters than worrying about a couple curse words.
The good news is Rex did express his regret by saying he apologized for offending anyone. He also said he’s sure his mom would disapprove. Very heart felt if you ask me. Rex Ryan is what he is. I don’t care for him, nor do I really think about him. I hope his team goes 3-13, although with that defense it may be unlikely. I guess we should just get use to him, he may be around for a while.
There are certain prerequisites a man must have in a woman before he brings her home to mom. We post hot chicks all the time. Have you ever looked at an athlete and wondered how the hell he/she made it as a professional? It could be their body frame. It could just be the look of their face but there’s a part of you that says “this guy should NOT be in Major League Baseball, he just doesn’t look like a player.”
Like you think they might be better off as pro wrestlers or accountants. There’s a certain “look the part” element to being an athlete and when dudes don’t look the part it’s easy to make fun of them.
Today there are certainly some guys that simply don’t look the part and I could see these guys wind up on the 10 o’clock news rather than on a baseball diamond.

Ah yes we are returning to the wonderful world of Rugby. While I don’t watch much of it, that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate teams like the Glenelg Tigers. I mean they’re Australian which is kind of cool. They have a tiger mascot which is also reasonably cool. And they have a lovely cheerleading squad that poses with the aforementioned Tiger.

Nothing like having a mentor to guide you through the initial stages of the big leagues. My feelings is this is more of a reflection on Bryce Harper than Stephen Strasburg, BUT it cannot be reassuring for upper management. I posted it before in an article (albeit it was for kicks) that Harper has done nothing to endear himself to the general public. The kid is just too cocky, and Strasburg is no saint either. Loads of talent, but also loads of ego and attitude. What a beautiful mess.
