I cringe when I watch this one. This must have hurt like hell. It’s about time one of these idiots who thinks it’s sweet to do the Polar Plunge had something like this happen to them. Now you’re freezing, and banged up. Shit must have killed. I’m also wondering why there was such a huge crowd around to tape/witness this.. it’s not that cool
I’ve got to get this off my chest… In the movie Rounders, the scene where Janssen’s character visits Damon’s character in his apartment when he’s watching the World Series of poker. I hate that scene. Damon’s character’s girlfriend just bounced on him, and Janssen comes over in a short skirt all over the guy. Why doesn’t he annihilate her? To show he’s a good guy. Fuck that pisses me off. That was a layup!
Anyway… she’s hot, check her out….
He wouldn’t be hated in the city where he played most of his career. He’d have 66 less touchdowns, but 48 less interceptions. His consecutive game streak would be 253, not 297. He’d have thrown for 10, 183 less yards. He’d have 1 less playoff win. But more importantly……
He’d have one less concussion. A shoulder that probably isn’t permanently damaged. A bum ankle. He’d be loved more than hated……………………. especially by his wife.
It’s hard to really fathom how crappy a job the NBA, NHL, and NFL does when they put together holiday commercials. We all know the famous commercials where an athlete, who has an attractive family, wishes everyone a Merry Christmas. Those aren’t even that good. The Mariah Carey one that you’ll see after the jump is horrific, but may not be as horrific as Plaxico Burress’ featured NFL Network Commercial..
