I love how the title of this video is “Cops brutally take down crazy naked Russian guy”. If the guy isn’t shot, I’m not sure you can consider any treatment to this guy brutal. It’s always funny to see the word “crazy” being loosely tossed around. Well, this isn’t some flimsy depiction. This fuckin guy is crazy.
