It’s Friday, we mine as well finish with a post with some chicks right? We, as Americans, suffer from ethnocentrism. We think that baseball, basketball, football, and sometimes hockey are the only sports on the planet. As I’ve matured, I’ve expanded my horizons. There are many more sports out there, and they aren’t so bad to watch.
Maybe to get those people who aren’t so open to new things moving in the right direction we have to use women. Take a look at some sports that have hot fans, that you probably didn’t know about….

Apparently she can rake too. She made the news after hitting a home run cycle and now everyone and their mother is googling her name to investigate. You can look at her for yourself on the Valdosta State Athletics page. She’s only 5’3″ and she’s jacking home runs… That’s hot.

I’ve been watching the New York Rangers vs. Washington Capitals series because I am a quasi-Rangers fan. I follow hockey enough to know that I don’t want the Washington Capitals to win the Stanley Cup just like I don’t want the Miami Heat to win an NBA Title. This assessment is made on different grounds….
I don’t think I need to explain why I don’t want the Miami Heat to win…..
The Washington Capitals are led by their coach Bruce Boudreau. He’s a short, fat, whiny, little prick, who feels the need to bitch about everything, including Madison Square Garden. Then there’s the team leader, Alexander Ovechkin. He’s a tremendous talent, maybe the best in the world. On the flip side, he’s a dirty player who gets calls from refs, yet feels the need to bitch and moan about everything on the ice. I’ve seen more little cheap dirty moves in 4 games then I have seen all season. I know Capitals fans are shitting their pants right now, but you guys don’t have a likeable team. Those are the facts pal, and it all starts with your coach and star player.
Spud Webb’s listed height and weight was 5’7″, 133 lbs. Lets say the 5’7″ is a little generous, and hope the 133 isn’t. Spud Webb was one of the smallest players to ever play in the NBA. Somehow, he managed to play professionally for 13 years. During those 13 years, he managed to win the Slam Dunk contest, and become a legend in doing so.
Spud Webb will do down in the fairy tales of professional basketball. The guy made the most of every inch he had, take a look at some of the highlights of Spud’s career….

What a program Calipari has eh? He’s losing Brandon Knight, DeAndre Liggins, and Terrence Jones, but he’s getting Mike Gilchrist and Marquis Teague numbers 2 and 3 respectively in 2011. He’ll never win a National Championship this way, but they’ll always be a Top 25 team. Doesn’t seem worth it.
