As I’m sure most of you know by now there’s been plenty of Sarah Palin getting nailed by Glen Rice news. I’m not sure what camp all of you are in regarding this matter but I 100% think it’s true. Reason being? Just too many rumors have become truth this year. That and, come on! How the hell can you make this stuff up? I just highly doubt that it’s false.
Do I have proof? No. Am I trying to prove it? No. But let’s face it. You’re talking a budding basketball star and a then weatherwoman with a tiny career? She was star struck and cute. Nothing wrong with what happened? In fact who cares? What’s to care about are all the jokes that came along with this story.
The biggest winner though? I will hand it to Rex Chapman for tweeting the hell out of this. Check out his amazing stuff after the jump…

Last season, the NBA ran a contest to identify the best dance team in professional basketball and the Sacramento Kings Dancers represented the West in the finals. While they didn’t make it all the way, they were crowned “Best in the West”. Not a bad distinction if you ask me. And while the NBA will most likely not start on time this year (if at all), the Kings organization still held tryouts.

This conference realignment stuff could drive a sane man crazy. Was it really that bad? This one right here is a no-brainer. If I’m the Big East, I walk up to Big 12 officials and ask, “You guys have a deal”. If they say “yes”, you reply, “Ok we’re in!” without even looking at the terms of the deal.
The Big East is on the edge of the abyss. With Pittsburgh and Syracuse gone, the conference looks like I-AA in football. The savior is the Big 12. Not only does football get a huge boost, it solidifies itself as a top basketball conference even with the loss of the Orange and Panthers. It’s not up for debate. It’s join the two together, or become a glorified A-1o of MAC.
Like I said before, the conference realignment stuff is driving me crazy. At the end of it all, we are going to end up with one super conference and the “others”. The “others”, of course, being those schools with crappy football teams. As it stands now, the Big East is on the verge of disappearing. The only thing that can save the conference at this point is Texas, Oklahoma State, Kansas, et. al. That is assuming the want to save them….
We enter our Week 3 Edition of College Football fan videos. Last week’s clips were pretty good, but not great. We are hoping for a serious rebound this week.
It was a pretty good week for College Football. Notre Dame rebounded, Oklahoma stayed strong, and Pitt and Syracuse said F U to the Big East. Nothing beats those good ole’ fans though..

I’m going to have to apologize for this one. This is kind of a weak fight. Some huge dude picking on a guy half his size, and some other dude chilling in a choke hold. I can only wonder how this started. It was the Week 1 Vikings vs. Chargers game and the guy is wearing a Lakers jersey. Certainly wasn’t over football.
Hey! Since when is Charlie Weis allowed to be chilling at a Brewers game? I have no idea what that means but this guy has to be related to Charlie Weis.
In any event, I’m sure that whoever is seating near this man is not gonna be a happy camper when they come back. This is clearly a dick move and I’m glad he was caught on camera.
Dude should be doing laps around the stadium, not drinking other people’s beer. Clean it up pal.
