I don’t watch a lot of TV, but I admit that I do catch every season of MTV’s The Challenge. I don’t really know what that makes me. I’d like to think that I’m above the level of the Kardashian, Bachelor watching crowd, but perhaps I’m not.

Seeing today is Friday, we’re going to have a little fun and post the All-Stars from the history of MTV’s Challenge shows. Unfortunately, we’re not picking the hottest chicks, we’re picking the best of the best in terms of competition.

Using several different criteria, here are the 5 best men and women….

The Women

5. Susie Meister

I’m not a huge fan of Susie, but she’s got two wins. She looks sweet, but she’s easily one of the sneakiest b$tches on the show. Didn’t rate highly with overall competitive ability, but two wins is two wins.

4. Holly Shand

Holly has two big wins. She rates very high on likability, and competitive ability.

3. Laurel Stucky

Laurel sucks at life. Competitive ability ranks through the roof. Yet to win, but that’s only because she’s relatively new.

2. Evelyn Smith

Killer competitor, pretty good teammate, three big wins means she’s the big winner from the women.

1. Rachel Robinson

Will probably go down a the best competitor on the show.  Two wins. Scary as hell, seriously

The Men

5. Jamie Murray

Who is this guy? Jamie used to run sh$t. He’s got two wins, and was a well-liked teammate.

4. Mike Mizanin

Mike use to run sh$t. Mike has two wins, a ton of chicks, and is now a successful wrestler.

3. Derrick Kosinski

Derrick is a legend.  He’s got 3 wins. He’s in Cooperstown

2. Darrell Taylor

Who’s the all-time leader in wins with 4? Yeah, Darrell is a beast.

1. Landon Lueck

Landon’s got three wins. He’ll be forever known for carrying Carly to the title in Fresh Meat II. Guy is the best competitor
Yeah, yeah I know CT is a beast, but he’s never won, and he usually punches some dude in the face!
