What should I do? Well, just keep doing you and you’ll be the villain. That’s the case with the five guys that are going to be featured in this post this morning. In order to be fair, I guess you can say that some of these guys don’t have bad intentions, but villains they are, nonetheless. (That was me getting my Yoda on)
So what exactly is a Villain in professional sports? Well, to be fair we have to use the Lebron James Model. He coined the phrase, so it’s only right we use prerequisites outlined by the man himself.
Using that criteria, here is an updated version of Professional Sports Villains…

The obvious choice here is the Yankees, but I wouldn’t bet on it. The facts are the facts – Asian starting pitchers have not had the type of success their posting fee and salaries demand. I wouldn’t get hyped about Darvish even though he’s the man over in Japan.

What sucks about this video is you can’t really see the knockout, actually the whole video sucks. However, what’s important is we do see this guy stumble into the middle of the street. This raises an important question; what do you do if you get dropped? Do you lay there or do you try and get up and shake it off? I say lay there. Getting up and stumbling into the street after getting knocked out sucks.
I always enjoy players being mic’d up. It’s no mystery that Peyton is one of the most well-liked guys in the NFL. As much as Brady changes his hair style and prances around with Gisele, he seems like a good dude. Belichick, on the other hand, I can’t say much positive about him.
I like Peyton and always will. He’s a good dude, and doesn’t get into trouble. Brady won some points with me asking about his kids right off the tip. Good stuff.

Can Lebron be a hero?
It was yet another fun week in sports. The Marlins are officially insane. I’m getting slightly geeked up for the NBA season, and what in the hell is up with some Tim Tebow fans?
Today’s photos span this week in sports and I think you’ll find some psychotics, A-Rod just being himself (which is horrible) and a reason Reggie Bush can be happy with his life.

I’m trying to put myself in the shoes of the millions of Cardinals fans around the world. Life probably doesn’t have a whole lot of meaning today. Talk about going from the ultimate high, to the ultimate low. Things may never be this good again.
The shocking news that Albert Pujols has signed with the Los Angeles Angels was the ultimate gut shot. I’m feeling for Cardinals fans. I thought for certain he would stay in St. Louis. There will be a whole helluva lot of mourning in the Lou for the next few weeks. (By the way, it’s not all bad. In five years, he’s going to be outed as a steroid user and at least you won’t have to deal with it)
But, fear not, the sun will rise tomorrow, and you never know what the tides will bring. Take this moment to say your final farewells. (Cue sad music)
While fans around the NBA were wondering how many wins Chris Paul and Kobe Bryant would post over the shortened 66-game schedule, Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert and his peers were far more concerned with the Lakers’ record keeping than their won-loss record. Gilbert, especially, was just not going to let Chris Paul get traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. So what did he do? He wrote his feelings down and emailed them to NBA Commissioner David Stern. In the email, Gilbert seemed particularly bothered by the fact that the proposed swap would allow the Lakers to save $40 million while also getting the best player in the trade. Even worse, Gilbert feared that the Lakers would still be able to acquire all-star center Dwight Howard later on from the Orlando Magic.
You have to remember that the New Orleans Hornets are owned by the league so I guess this is legal… right? Does this count as an assist for the Knicks? Dan Gilbert may have saved the hopes and dreams of Spike Lee with one e-mail. The fact of the matter is; the Lakers absolutely destroyed the other teams in that deal. Do I think it should have been vetoed? Maybe. I don’t know why, but I want Chris Paul to end up in New York. On the other hand, Dan Gilbert man, staying relevant. This guy is seriously a piece of work. One can start to sympathize with Lebron bailing on Cleveland because this guy was his boss…. or not.

Well it appears that the Bucs are at it again. Let us introduce you to second year Buccaneer Cheerleader Ashlee Figg. Ashlee was Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area so Ashlee is proud to say “the Bucs have always been my team and being part of this organization is a dream come true”.
