Believe in Karma now? I’d have to say yeah a little bit. This absolutely never happens so we have to take a minute to cherish this incident with the Chicago Blackhawks fan. How many times do we see a fan taunt a player? How many times does the fan get away with it without consequence? This is just one of those times the God’s got revenge. Awesome.
Ummmm, SERVED! I will take any opportunity I can get to sh$t on a Kardashian. They can handle it, they’re rich. One of the things I will never ever figure out as long as I live is why their television show is popular. It’s downright scary, or is that Bruce Jenner’s plastic surgery? Anyway, enjoy Dallas Khloe! Lamar’s off to a good start, NOT.
The Bossman posted this video a few months ago. It’s good enough to get a rerun in my opinion. Youngsters… take notes…..
While these plays might not look so spectacular given the athleticism of today, you have to pay respect to one of the truly great magicians of basketball, Pete Maravich.
The guy was obscene with a ball. And even today I’m pretty sure he’d be making defenders look completely silly. And let’s not forget this guy had the highest per game average in college history. Dude knew how to score.
Hall of famer that died way too early. He had a true passion for the game and this highlight reel doesn’t do his game justice.

Nike unveiled Oregon’s newest Nike Pro Combat uniform system, what it calls ‘the most advanced football uniform system ever assembled.’ Oregon wore a similar version of these uniforms in last season’s BCS national title game. The technology behind the uniform ‘system’ is explained on Nike’s website. (More photos of the uniforms are there, too.)
“Oregon represents the gold-standard when it comes to merging science and innovation with athletic performance and we are excited to continue our partnership with Nike by unveiling the next iteration in uniform innovation for the Rose Bowl,” Oregon coach Chip Kelly said in Nike’s release. “Nike always starts by listening to the voice of the athlete as they continue to bring the most intuitive technology to the game.”

Basketball season is underway! And obviously you know what this means. It means we’ll be getting candid and game shots of cheerleaders around the league well into June. So sit back and relax.
However, we’re still not through with some of the pre season activities that some of the cheerleaders went through. While players were sitting around during the lockout, cheerleaders were busy in other countries doing their thing.
Take the Knicks city Dancers for example. They went all the way to Manilla with Horace Grant for a little fun/work. Check out these pictures from their trip….
In the last week of 2011, Unathletic is going to be looking back at the year in sports. We are going to examine the best plays and the best players. As the title indicates, today we are compiling the top plays of 2011.
Overall, I would have to say it was a great year in sports. We were fortunate enough to have an NFL season, while the NBA and MLB didn’t let us down. To be honest, I was awfully disappointed in the teams that made it deep into the MLB posteason. However, the games ended up being fantastic.
With that said, hit the jump and relive the best plays of 2011 one more time…

It’s nice to see the Jets really not have a chance to make the playoffs. They need some help. I’m pulling for the Bengals this year. They deserve to make the playoffs for their efforts in that division. The AFC West is good… NOT
