The NBA played this one well. There wasn’t SH$T on TV yesterday in terms of sports so we were forced to watch the NBA Games. The games were decent. Should we start to wonder if the Heat are going to dominate this year after one game? I’m saying, yes, as stupid as that is.

What a lovely Christmas and Holiday Season…. for some. As we wrap up the holidays here it’s important to identify some people that weren’t exactly spreading cheer. I have to fault both players here. The girl shouldn’t be blowing her man up in a Christmas Tree lot. The dude, well, you just shouldn’t lay your hands on your chick. What do you think??? I hate that I laughed.

Just spreading the Christmas spirit in Green Bay last night. Good Heavens. I really don’t think this is the type of sh$t you want to be flashing around on National Television. I mean this chick is kind of attractive, but what if she pushed her boyfriend away to another woman. Either way, I wouldn’t be publicizing that kind of sh#t. Just saying…

Big ups to Busted Coverage for the photo

How about these little sports fans?  Kobe’s gonna have a field day now that he’s a free man.   Well it’s not like he didn’t have one while married anyway.   105 women?  Jesus dude.    Take it easy why don’t you?

Anyway, last week we heard plenty of stories and had an equal amount of drama.   But if there’s one consistent force in sports, it’s the fans.

And we’ve got five awesome fan photos to share after the jump….

The last week of 2011 here at Unathletic is going to be full of head-to-head matches. Today’s match: Who was the Bigger Chump This Year?

In one corner, we have Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson. Johnson started off this year on the wrong foot by holding out.  During the summer training camp prior to the 2011 season, Johnson initially did not show up to camp, pending contract negotiations. Johnson felt he was due a considerably larger sum of money. On September 1, Johnson became the highest paid running back, agreeing to a four-year, $53.5 million contract extension, including $30 million guaranteed, with the Titans, ending his holdout. Johnson then proceeded to lay an egg in the 2011 season in several games. Statistically, he’s not horrific, but as the highest paid running back he certainly didn’t earn his paycheck.

The Cincinnati Bengals have locked up just their third winning record in the last 21 years and are one win away from a playoff bid, but the team’s biggest victory this season would be getting fans to show up. With paltry attendance marking an impressive season in Cincinnati, Bengals players are now asking for fans to turn out for the team’s home finale against AFC North rival Baltimore next Sunday.

If the Bengals (9-6) can knock off the Ravens (11-4), Cincinnati would be headed to the playoffs and in search of its first postseason victory since the 1990 season. Only 41,273 fans showed up on a sunny, 38-degree afternoon to watch the breakthrough 23-16 victory over Arizona on Saturday. Paul Brown Stadium, with a 65,500-seat capacity, was more than one-third empty.

I think this really sucks. I give the Bengals a ton of credit this year. I give Marvin Lewis a ton of credit. I give Andy Dalton a ton of credit. This team plays in the toughest division in all of football. They’ve just quietly worked hard and put themselves in a position to make the playoffs. I know the whole story with the blackout and that nonsense, but this sucks. The Bengals deserve better this year.

Being from New York or should I even say the United States, I don’t really think about other countries playing basketball.   What I mean by that is that it’s not like I don’t know they have hoops in other countries but if it’s not the NBA or NCAA then I don’t have much to think about.   It’s not like I’m following the Chinese league, nor should I.

But maybe I should keep my eye on the Vancouver Volcanoes.   Lord knows it’s not because they have a great basketball team or even league for that matter.  It’s because of these fine ladies who keep the crowd entertained.   They are something else.

More pics after the jump…..

We’re going for it today my friends. Just going for it. No posturing or velvet ropes, we’re cutting right to the chase – Who is the single best “player” in the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and the world of soccer?

Admittedly, this task is next to impossible, but we’re giving it a go anyway. What criteria are we using? Well, it’s broad, but relatively effective. We obviously have to look at statistics, team success, but most importantly really take a look at the world of sports as it exists today. This isn’t the best ever, this is current.

Alright, here we go, my guess is this is going to spark a huge debate so let me have it…
