There are a couple nice pieces in place for the Rams.. Wait a minute, the Rams actually are starting from ground zero. Bradford may be the guy, but Jackson is aging, the defense isn’t good. This is going to be a serious project for Fisher, who last time I checked, has never won a Super Bowl.
