A couple of ejections are making headlines this week… Let’s take a look at both and pick which one is better.

(1) Tom Gugliotta ejected from NC State Game – Late in the second half, Tom Gugliotta and Chris Corchiani — who were so good in college that their jersey numbers are hanging in the rafters in the RBC Center — were tossed from their seats behind the scorer’s table by referee Karl Hess.

(2) Rajon Rondo Gets Run – Rondo was upset that a foul wasn’t called with about 3:00 left in the quarter and tossed the ball at referee Sean Wright. He followed that with a verbal barrage directed at Wright and was ejected from a game for the first time in his professional career.

Rondo’s Ejection

This is a no-doubter!! Rondo clearly loses his cool, and you’re going to get run every time you do something like this. Rondo got a nice two-game suspension for his troubles as well.

Googs’ Big Day

Googs looks like an innocent bystander in the video. It looks like Corchiani did most of the damage. I would say he didn’t get his money’s worth like Rondo.
