The Heat Dancers are known for being especially fierce, and if you didn’t know that already, you might pick up on it by watching their auditions.   Dancers auditioning for the team seemed to really give it their all this year.  Some even going further than expected.   These are the types of auditions where you might actually pay to be a spectator.   needless to say they were brutal yet awesome.

On a related note congrats to Natalia Gonzales who is the team’s new manager.  Natalia was a Heat Dancer for 4 seasons (2008-12), and is well deserving of the honor.   Since Natalia just retired from the team earlier this year, she’s in the unenviable position of having to judge some of girls who were on the team with her last year.
