What do I think of Lance Armstrong? Well, the guy has raised over $300M for cancer through his foundation, and that to me is incredible. That’s what I think of Lance Armstrong. Personally, I don’t care that he doped. He’s ruined himself as a cyclist, but who cares. Everyone is doping, so it all cancels out. Yes, it sucks to find out a sports hero cheated. It really sucks, and I wish it never happened – but not every sports hero has raised $300M for cancer research. So call it a pass, call it whatever you want, but I’m not concerned with Lance’s cycling career. I’d rather focus on the other side. For guys like Barry Bonds and Alex Rodriguez – they’ll be forgotten in a decade with nothing to write home about so I’m not worried about it. LIVESTRONG won’t be. So I’m not worried about Lance.
