The Chinese: infinite brain power, endless technology, an advanced Global phenomenon….. minus their law enforcement. I mean for all the accomplishments the Chinese have made in the world, they can’t apprehend some dude in a sh$tbox sitting in the middle of traffic? I knew this was trouble the minute I saw three police officers cruise in on scooters. That really didn’t inspire any confidence whatsoever.
