Twenty-two percent of the season is now gone and the Lakers are an extremely disappointing 8-10, 3-5 under Mike D’Antoni. Although the Hack-a-Howard strategy appears to be effective, it’s not the ultimate reason for the Lakers’ struggles.

And the Houston Rockets announcer may have pretty much summed up the Lakers season 22% of the way in. This is most definitely the first time I’ve heard this expression, but if the shoe fits..
