This is an important learning experience today. We’ve all been to a bar during a real sporting event. I’ve never been to a bar during Wrestlemania. So this is what a wasted fan looks like watching Wrestlemania on TV. I’m glad we had this opportunity.

So far Jimmy Kimmel has taken on Halloween and Christmas, but now he may have taken it to far. Kimmel issued the challenge to his viewers to unplug the TV during the most sacred of football holidays, Super Bowl Sunday. The major difference between this and past pranks, is that adults are now the victims . . . this may not end well.
Jimmy Kimmel’s challenges are pretty damn funny. I’m not going to lie – I enjoy these things. This one wasn’t as good as the Halloween and Christmas challenges, but it’s still pretty good..

I’m not sure how there were any positive reviews of Madonna’s Superbowl halftime show. Can anyone give me one valid reason it was good? Honestly. She wore high heels so that she basically couldn’t walk. In case you missed it, she also nearly fell off the stage. It was awful. Absolutely awful.
If she came out in the old school cones and lied on a bed that would be way better. Instead she tries meshing with the younger crowd and gets a tight rope walker (who was my highlight).
I’d have much rather watched this guy and his grandiose 47 views on youtube.

It’s always a special day here at Unathletic when we get to do a Flagrant Foul Showdown. Here are they contestants..
Kevin Love – Love, his team’s leading scorer and rebounder, was suspended for two games by the league for “driving his foot into the upper body and face of the Rockets’ Luis Scola as Scola was lying on the floor.”
Zlatan Ibrahimovic – His latest red card, for a slap on Napoli’s Salvatore Aronica on Sunday, has resulted in a three-match ban which will see him miss trips to Udinese and Cesena, plus – crucially – the San Siro clash with Juventus at the end of the month.

Kevin Love
vs.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Verdict: This might be the most challenging showdown I’ve ever done. Both fouls suck. Ibrahimovic’s is a class, fairy soccer foul. Love’s is just stupid. I think I’m going to go with Love simply because right before the stomp he threw Luis Scola to the ground like a rag doll. Ibrahimovic’s gets a two game suspension for that open-handed nonsense… fuggin’ soccer.

Baltimore Ravens running back Ricky Williams has decided to retire from the NFL after 11 seasons, he announced Tuesday. Williams briefly retired once before, missing the 2004 season. He was facing a four-game suspension for violating the league’s drug policy before he shockingly announced he was leaving the game. He returned in 2005, then left to spend the 2006 season with Toronto of the Canadian Football League. Since winning the Heisman Trophy at Texas and joining the New Orleans Saints in 1999, Williams has rushed for 10,009 yards and scored 74 touchdowns. He is one of only 26 NFL running backs to rush for more than 10,000 yards in a career.
On his Twitter account, Williams wrote: “Thank you all, but this ain’t it, I’m gonna do something really special. ‘Be you and change the world,’ ”

I find it pretty funny that the Suns and Knicks have similar records this year. And it’s evident that the Knicks are the highly superior team in terms of personnel. Yet another sure sign that Mike D’Antoni completely sucks and all credit should be given to Steve Nash. Does anyone even think about the fact that Nash is 38 years old? Yes, 38.
Anyway, I’m going to get really angry talking about this so I think it’s time to focus on some of the Phoenix Suns dancers. I mean if there’s one thing to like in the desert, it’s these girls.
Check out some pics after the jump….

A huge thanks to Sports Illustrated for these photos

Somehow I find myself still posting crap from Sunday’s Super Bowl. I thought my Bob Kraft article would be the end of it all, but I had to throw a parting shot at Gisele Bundchen, and now I’m posting fan videos.
It’s no secret Unathletic loves the fan videos. One of the highlights of college football season was posting fan videos every week. I guess today is the end-all, be-all in terms of fan videos. Super Bowl fan reactions.
We have joy, we have jubilation. We have agony, we have anger… hit the jump and enjoy…
Giants Fan Dances With His Dog
I felt bad for the damn dog in this video. This is probably a standard Giants celebration – happiness plus a little weirdness.
Giants Fan Gets Suckered
The outcome of this video came as no surprise to anyone. I know you’re a Giants fan, but when you’re brutally outnumbered by a bunch of bitter Pats fans it’s best you remain humble.
HAHAHAHAHA!
WHAT A FUGGIN’ SPAZ! I love this boyfriend – clipping the whole thing for YouTube, but trying to console his chick. Amazing.
Australian Patriots Fan?
See Folks – The Super Bowl can break down even the toughest of men. All that Fosters and Rugby sh%t just went out the window with this video.
Even Little Dudes Are Sad
Patriots nation just getting rocked head to toe.
The Joy in Time Square
Of course Times Square was the place to be. Congrats to the Giants

Kentucky holding onto the top spot for the third consecutive week. Admittedly, I haven’t been following the Wildcats that closely. I did however hear the experts gushing over the freshman big Anthony Davis.

Did Cam Newton get down with Katy Perry Super Bowl Weekend? [TerezOwens]
It’s not so much that sh$t went down after this game was over, it’s more so the big picture of what I was looking at. A legitimately competitive roller hockey game, with roller skates, with guys laying on the playing surface in tears from losing. Those aren’t even real hockey sticks! My mind is going bonkers after watching this – what the fug just happened!?

I don’t think any one of us would have done anything different, but face it – you and I aren’t on TV during the Super Bowl being watched by a hundred million people. I give Jake Ballard credit though, he was obviously hurt and he tried to make a go of it. Let’s just hope all pro athletes are like that – probably not though.. FYI – the end result was a torn meniscus and sprained knee..
